Use the process below to submit payment via PayPal. Payments after January 5th, 2010 are considered late. The semi-annual payment plan is no longer valid after January 5th, 2010. Per your invoice, the late fee schedule is as follows:
- $50 after the 5th of January, plus interest at 18%
- $100 after the 5th of February, plus interest at 18%
- $150 after the 5th of March, plust interest at 18%
- After the 5th of April, any outstanding accounts will be sent for collection and all applicable fees shall become the responsibility of the homeowner or unit owners including attorney's fees.
The HOA will accept credit card payments. The following fees will apply when using PayPal:
- $1550 for annual payments - $50 has been added to cover PayPal costs
- $52 for 1st late fee - $2 has been added to cover costs.
